JAY, John F. on April 17, 2007, father of Brendan Herbetko. Loving son of Stephen M. and Barbara (nee Levito) Herbetko, dear brother of Stephen and Donna, Jeffery and Denni, David and Jeanette Herbetko, Uncle of 2 nieces and 4 nephews, also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Family and friends are invited to his viewing Fri 7-9 PM and Sat 8:30 AM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 425 Lyceum Ave, Rox. and to participate in his funeral mass 10 AM at Holy Family Church, Int. Westminster Cem. Donations in Jay's name to Congenital Heart Info Network, c/o 600 N 3rd St., Phila., Pa. 19123-2902, would be appreciated.
