Beloved husband of the late Theresa (nee Labriola) Loughery; loving father of Theresa Ellinger, Charles Jr., Michael, Gene, the late John and Robert Loughery. Grand-father of 15; great grandfather of 18; brother of the late Helen Smith and John Loughery. Family and friends are invited to his Viewing Monday, 9 A.M., and to participate in his Funeral Mass, 11 A.M., at St. John the Baptist Church, 119 Rector St., Phila. Int. Westminster Cem.
