Brother of Theresa, Dan, Kevin Loughey, Colleen, Kelly Conway and the late Joseph Loughery. Family and friends are invited to meet with his family Thursday 6PM and to participate in his memorial service 8PM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 425 yceum Ave, Rox. Int. private.
