Joseph C. Quigley Jr., on January 17, 2013. Beloved husband of Donna (nee Mulgrew) Quigley, brother of Robert and Mark Quigley. Family, friends, members of RCHS class of 1965, 21st ward Democratic Committee and CWA Union members are invited to his viewing Tuesday 8:30 AM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 425 Lyceum Ave, Rox. and to participate in his funeral mass 11 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, Int. private. Donatons in Joe's name to either St John the Baptist Memorial Fund, 146 Rector St., Phila., Pa 19127, or Holy Redeemer Hospice, 1801 N Route 9, Cape May, NJ, 08204, would be appreciated by his family.
