John W. “JACK” Spratt Jr., On January 23, 2015. Beloved husband of Claire D. (Nee Filon) Spratt, loving father of Dawn Snyder, Jim and the late John (Jackie) Spratt. Grandfather of 4. Family, friends, Knights of Columbus Cor Mariae, and members of FOP Lodge #5 are invited to meet with his family Thursday 9:30 AM and to participate in his memorial mass 11 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 815 Cathedral Road, Phila., Int. Private. Donations in Jack’s name to the Compassionate Care Hospice Foundation, 248 Chestnut Hill Rd, Suite #4, Newark De., 19713, would be appreciated.
