Ciccolone

April 22, 1956 – March 2, 2026

Louis Nicholas Ciccolone, 69, of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully at home on March 2, 2026. Louis’ life was defined by hard work and family.

Louis proudly served his country in the United States Navy for four years. After completing his service, he began a long and dedicated career at Boeing Helicopters, where he worked for more than 40 years. He was known for his strong work ethic and loyalty, spending decades contributing to the work he took pride in.

Those who knew Louis will remember him for his sharp wit, sarcastic humor, his honesty, and the deep love he had for the people closest to him. Above all else, Louis loved his family. He was the kind of person who would do anything for his family, always showing up when he was needed. He found the greatest joy in spending time with his grandchildren. He especially enjoyed spoiling them with whatever they wanted, taking them on walks, and often napping beside them.

Louis also had a deep love for life’s simple pleasures. He enjoyed good food, great movies, and spending time watching entertainment with his family. A lifelong Philadelphia sports fan, he loved watching the Philadelphia Eagles with those closest to him. He was also a fan of horse racing and enjoyed following the horses over the years. One of his best memories was coaching his sons throughout their younger years, proudly supporting and guiding them as they grew.

He is survived by his wife, Regina (Godleski) Ciccolone; his sons Louis (Vanessa) Ciccolone, Dominic Ciccolone, Nicholas Ciccolone and Gianni Ciccolone; his sister Theresa (Ciccolone) Shaw; his grandchildren Audrey, Louis, and Gianna Ciccolone. He is also survived by many extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dominic and Ida (nee Ciotti) Ciccolone, and his brother, Joseph (Hela) Ciccolone.

Louis’ memory will live on through his family and the many people whose lives he touched.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Louis’ visitation from 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 119 Rector St., Philadelphia, PA 19127 on Monday, March 9, 2026. Mass is followed shortly after.

Interment will be private.
