John Francis "Jack" Skrocki

December 13, 1959 – June 12, 2026

John Francis "Jack" Skrocki, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2026, at the age of 66.

Jack was born on December 13, 1959. He devoted much of his life to his work as a career carpenter, taking great pride in his craftsmanship, strong work ethic, and ability to build and create with his hands. Through his work, he left a lasting mark on countless homes and projects, earning the respect of colleagues and friends alike.

Above all else, Jack cherished his family. He was the devoted husband of Kathleen Skrocki and a loving father to Jay (Julie) Skrocki, Thomas Skrocki, and Jennifer (Pat) Skrocki. His greatest joy came from spending time with his four grandchildren, Mason, Jayla, Jordan, and Carleigh. To them, he was simply "Poppy," a title he wore with immense pride and love. Whether sharing stories, offering guidance, or creating treasured memories, Poppy's presence brought comfort, laughter, and happiness to his grandchildren's lives.

Jack will be remembered for his kindness, dedication, sense of humor, and unwavering love for his family. His legacy lives on in the values he instilled, the memories he created, and the lives he touched.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen; his children, Jay (Julie), Thomas, and Jennifer (Pat); and his cherished grandchildren, Mason, Jayla, Jordan, and Carleigh.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 425 Lyceum Avenue Phila., Pa 19128.

Though he will be deeply missed, Jack's love, strength, and spirit will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
