Victor E., retired member of Lower Merion Police Dept. on December 22, 2008. Beloved husband of Jeanette (nee Arnone) Baffa, loving father of Victor E. Baffa, grandfather of Erin and Christopher Baffa. Family and friends are invited to meet with his family Saturday Jan 3 9 AM at St John the Baptist Vienney Church and to participate in his memorial mass 10 AM. Inurnment Westminster Cem.
