Family and friends can call Monday from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM followed by his funeral mass at 11:00 both at St. Justin the Martyr Church, 1222 Hagysford Rd., Penn Valley, Pa. 19072.Int. Westminster Cemetery. Donations in Frank’s name to the above named church would be appreciated by his family.
