John H. "Jack" on April 4, 2005. Beloved husband of Mary Jane (nee Carson). Loving father of Kathleen Sullivan, Rosemary, Christine, Claire Rosenbaum (Randall), Patricia, Anne and Barbara Hennessy (Mark Bulik), grandfather of 16. Family and friends are invited to his viewing Friday eve 7-9 PM and Saturday Morn 8:30 AM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 425 Lyceum Ave, Rox and to participate in his funeral mass 10 AM at Holy Family Church, Int. Westminster Cem. Donations in Jack's name to Holy Family Church 234 Hermitage St., Phila., Pa. 19127, would be appreciated by his family.
