Donald C. on May 27, 2001. Son of the late Dominic J. and Catherine (nee Enley) Higgins Sr.. Brother of Patricia Higgins, Mary Evans, Tom, James, Dominic Jr. and the late William Higgins. Also survived by Catherine, Bridget and George Evans Jr., Caitlin Higgins, Claire, Carol and Butch Daulton. Family and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday eve 7-9 PM and Friday 8:30 AM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 425 Lyceum Ave, Rox. and to participate in his funeral mass 10 AM at St. John the Baptist Church. Int. Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations in Donald's name, to St John's Educational Fund, 146 Rector St., Phila., Pa. 19127, would be appreciated by his family
