James P. on January 23, 2004. Beloved son of the late Dominic and Catherine (nee Enley) Higgins. Loving Brother of Patricia, Thomas, Dominic Higgins, Mary Evans and the late Donald and William Higgins. Survived by 5 nieces, 2 nephews and 2 grand nephews. Family and friends are invited to his viewing Wednesday eve 7-9 PM and Thursday morn 8:30 AM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 425 Lyceum Ave, Rox. and to participate in his funeral mass 10 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, Int. Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
