CULLEN RAYMOND H. SR., 68 of Ocean City, NJ passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2002 with his family and friend at his bedside. Born in Philadelphia, PA. He was an area resident for 24 years. Mr. Cullen worked for Coca-Cola USA for 28 years retiring in 1985 as an Account Manager. After his retirement, he continued part time work with Coca-Cola as a Consultant. Most recently, he had worked as a Cashier at the Somers Point Diner where he loved being with his co-workers. He was a member of St. Frances Cabrini R.C. Church in Ocean City, NJ and the Ocean City Republican Club. Mr. Cullen was a veteran of the United States Naval Reserves. He enjoyed being with his special grandchildren, having coffee with his many friends. Ray was a people person. He was predeceased by his parents, John J. and Catherine (McKillop) Cullen, and brothers, John J., Jr. and Robert H. Cullen. He is survived by his wife and best friend, Joan Miller Cullen, 2 sons Raymond H. Jr. of Ocean City, NJ, Anthony G. of Somers Point, NJ, 2 daughters Margaret A. Oliverio and her husband Martin G. of Jefferson, MD, Judith A. Cullen of Marmora, NJ, sister-in-law Margaret A. Solarski and husband Robert of Roxborough, PA brother-in-law George P. Miller, Jr. and wife Barbara of King of Prussia, PA. His grandchildren Raymond H. III, Katie Ann, Anthony John, Teresa Joan, Holly Ann, Dustin James, and numerous nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Friday morning at 11 A.M. from St. Frances Cabrini R.C. Church, Second and Atlantic Ave., Ocean City where friends may call from 10 A.M. until the time of Mass. Burial will follow in Calvary Cem., Gulph Mills, PA. The family suggests those who desire send memorial contributions to St. Frances Cabrini Church, Ocean City, NJ.
