Wendy S. Studenmund Parkany, 54, of North Wales, died peacefully July 25th at twilight in the presence of her loving husband Tim, Children Caroline and Hannah, and of her family. Daughter of the late Robert and Miriam Studenmund of Roxborough, sister of Richard, Paul and Mark Studenmund; Wendy worked as a teacher at Fort Washington Elementary, and was named Most Inspirational Teacher of the Year in Montgomery County in 2007-08. Devoted mother, true friend, inspiring teacher, she was surrounded by her family and friends at her passing. A memorial service will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Wendy's name to the Harmony Theater/GNC, Dr. Deb Schandler, Special Education Coordinator, Gwynedd Mercy College, PO Box 901, Gwynedd Valley, Pa. 19437.
