Thomas G., June 22, 2011. Husband of the late Teresa (nee Murphy) Schwemmer. Loving father of Mary Kay, Thomas G. Schwemmer and Teresa Flanagan. Grandfather of 5. Brother of Mary Sucich and the late Paul and John Schwemmer. Family and friends are invited to his Viewing Saturday 9:30 A.M. St. Philip Neri Church and to participate in his Funeral Mass 11:00 A.M. Interment Calvary Cem. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's memory American Heart Association, 5444 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43214 would be appreciated by his family.
