Charles W. Beatty Sr., on November 3, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Lorraine (nee Maloney), loving father of Lorraine Anne Tarsiewicz, Margaret Mary Lutz, Marie D., Charles W. Jr, and the late Michael F. Beatty. Grandfather of 8, great grandfather of 2, brother of Anne Essig, Margaret Mary Beatty, the late Helen McBride, and Dorothy Young.

Charles entered the Navy at Willow Grove Air Station and served from 1950 to 1958. He rose in rank to become an Aviation Machinist Mate First Class, serving aboard the aircraft carrier USS Kula Gulf as a plane captain for the F4U Corsair fighter plane.

Charles worked for Sears for 43 years as both a saleman and division manager. He loved working with his hands and completed many home improvement projects.

Charles enjoyed singing, dancing ,spending time with his family and volunteering at Keystone Hospice.

Family and friends are invited to his viewing Saturday 8:30 am and to participate in his funeral mass 10 AM at St Maria Goretti Church, 1601 Derstine Rd, Hatfield, PA 19440, Int.
