Grandfather of Abby Marie, brother of Charles, Greg, James, the late Gerard Smoot, and Carolyn Smoot Jones. Family and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday 9 AM and to participate in his funeral mass 10:30 AM at St John the Baptist Church, 119 Rector Street, Phila. Int private.
