Israel Otero Jr., on April 24, 2022. Beloved husband of Elba (nee Vera) Otero, loving father of Isel Otero-Vera, and Jose Israel Otero-Vera. Grandfather of Noah Otero, and Daniel Love, brother of Elsa Otero, and Carmen Otero. Family and friends are invited to his visitation Wednesday 9:30 AM and to participate in his funeral mass 10:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, 119 Rector St., Phila. Int Washington Crossing Cemetery on Thursday at 9 AM.
