Grandfather of Noah Otero, and Daniel Love, brother of Elsa Otero, and Carmen Otero. Family and friends are invited to his visitation Wednesday 9:30 AM and to participate in his funeral mass 10:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, 119 Rector St., Phila. Int Washington Crossing Cemetery on Thursday at 9 AM.
