Barbara R. (nee Egan), on March 22, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Bruce Spence, loving mother of Jeff, Tim (Krista), and Bryan (Christina) Spence. Devoted Nana of Mason, Nora, Luke, and Jack, dear sister of Maureen Mink, Ginny Murphy, Kate Joyce, Beth Fittipaldi Luke, Pat, Paul, Richard, Dan Egan, the late Margaret Boyle, and Jackie Egan. Family and friends are invited to her visitation Monday 8:30 AM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 425 Lyceum Ave, Phila and to participate in her funeral mass 10:30 AM at St John the Baptist Church, 119 Rector St. Int, Calvary Cemetery. Donations in Barb's name to the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Donor Services, PO Box 98018, Washington, DC 20090-8018, would be appreciated by her family.
