James T. Palmer, on July 14, 2023.   Proud owner of Jim’s Cold Cuts at Ridge and Port Royal for over 25 years and bus driver for Catholic school sports teams for 20 years. He loved anything that brought his family together: golfing with his sons and grandsons, playing a fun game of family Pinochle, and card games with his beloved grandchildren.


Jim is survived by his wife Marie (nee Smith) Palmer, his 4 sons Thomas (Kelly), James (Jennifer), Daniel (Theresa), and Brian Palmer. Grandfather of 9, brother of the late Catherine Burke, and Thomas Palmer.


Family and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday 6-8 PM, at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 425 Lyceum Ave, Phila. and to participate in his Funeral Mass Friday 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 815 Catherdral Road, Phila. Int. private.
