Frances P. (nee Duffy), August 2, 2023. Wife of the late George Downs, loving mother of Charles Downs. Sister of Mary Charlotte Kain, the late Barbara Duffy, and Eleanor Jeans. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Frances was a graduate of St John the Baptist Girls High School. Family and friends are invited to her viewing Monday 8AM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 425 Lyceum Ave, Phila. and to participate in her funeral mass 10:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, 119 Rector St., Phila. Int Calvary Cemetery. Donations in Frances' Name to the Friends of St John the Baptist Church, 146 Rector Street, Phila., Pa. 19127, would be appreciated by her family.
