William Francis “Bill” Moffitt, 74, of Lafayette Hill passed away suddenly on December 2, 2023.  He was born and raised in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia, PA and was a graduate of Roman Catholic High School, LaSalle University, and Widener University.  Bill will be remembered as a loving, hard-working, generous person, always bragging about his children’s and grandchildrens’ accomplishments.  Bill will forever be missed by his loving wife of forty eight years Rosemary Moffitt( nee Slater) and children W. Christian (Jill), Rosemary (Bryan) Hess, and Caitlin (Jeremy) Hill. Devoted Pop to Allison, Maisie, Emily, Savannah, and Finnley William.  Family and friends are invited to his visitation at 9:30 A.M. - 11 A.M. Monday, December 11, 2023 at St. Philip Neri Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444, with his Funeral Mass to commence at 11 A.M.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in Bill’s name to Tunnels to Towers, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306, www.t2t.org, or Philadelphia Coaches Vs.
