Brother of William A. and Francis J. Blum. Family and friends are invited to his viewing Wednesday 9AM and to participate in his funeral mass 10 AM both at Holy Family Church, Int. Westminster Cemetery. Donations in Dick's name to the American Diabetes Foundation, One Plymouth Meeting Suite 520, Plymouth Meeting Pa 19462-1316 would be appreciated by his family
