Family and friends are invited to his viewing Sunday eve 7-9 PM and Monday 12:30 AM and to participate in his funeral service 2PM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home 425 Lyceum Ave, Rox. Int. West Laurel Hill Cemetery. Donations in Philip's name to the Sept 11th Fund
