Francis X. on Sept 1, 2011. Dedicated Philadelphia Police Officer for 33 Yrs. Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Carolan) Finnegan, brother of Marion Chiofolo and Cleta Miller. Family and friends ar invited to his viewing Wednesday 9:30 AM and to participate in his funeral mass 11 AM at St John the Baptist Church, Int Calvary Cemetery. Donations in Fran's name to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Phila Pa 19103, would be appreciated by his family.
