I knew Mary @ Lafayette and wish I could have known her forever. She loved her sister and her son and spoke of them often. She adored her grandkids. She had a very sharp mind and was quite slick and sassy. A very well educated woman, always reading, writing, talking or sometimes all 3 at a time. Always thinking, very measured in her words and actions. She also loved and missed her former students and she sure taught me a bit about life as well. She was a people watcher and a helper. She was a great friend and dear companion to her fellow Lafayette community both residents and staff. What a beautiful person and what a great loss.
